Welcome to the terms and conditions for Mrs Osh Tutors.
1:1 Lessons
Payment for 1:1 tuition is to be made before, or on the day of, the lesson. If you need to cancel a 1:1 session, there is no charge if you let me know at least 6 hours in advance of the lesson. After that, the full charge of the lesson is due.
Term-Time Group Classes
Payment for term-time group classes is due in advance, by the date specified in the email sent to parents during the previous half term. Places in the group classes cannot be held where fees are paid after this time and your child would be placed onto the waiting list. I do not offer refunds for missed classes and missed lessons cannot be carried over to the next half-term.
Christmas Camp
In the event of Mrs Osh needing to cancel sessions, these will be rescheduled or a refund will be provided.
In the case of staff ill-health every effort will be made to seek replacement staff or to reschedule. Where this is not possible a refund will be offered.
Where participants cancel their attendance less than 7 days in advance of a session an alternative session will be offered where possible. Where it is not possible to reschedule, the participant is liable to be charged for the session/s missed. Mrs Osh reserves the right to offer a refund in extreme circumstances.
In the event that participants are unable to attend due to sickness, an alternative session will be offered where possible. Where it is not possible to reschedule, the participant is liable to be charged for the session/s missed.
Participants are requested not to attend a session if they have had sickness within the previous 48 hours.
Holiday Group Classes
Payment for group classes during school holidays is due in advance, by the date specified in the email sent to parents upon booking. Places in the group classes cannot be held where fees are paid after this time and your child would be placed onto the waiting list. If you need to cancel a holiday group class, a full refund will be provided if 48 hours notice or more is given. After that, no refunds are available.
Times Tables Programme
I am certain you will be delighted with how well your child gets on with the programme. However, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel before receiving the third email. So if you find that the course is not what you had expected after receiving either the first or second email, you can feel confident in receiving your money back. After that, no refunds are provided.
