Welcome to the terms and conditions for Mrs Osh Tutors.
Individual Lessons
Payment for Individual Learning tuition is to be made in advance of the lesson. If you need to cancel an individual learning session, there is no charge if you let me know at least 6 hours in advance of the lesson. After that, the full charge of the lesson is due. On the rare event that I should need to cancel the lesson, no payment is due.
Term-Time Group Classes
Payment for term-time group classes is due in advance, by the date specified in the email sent to parents during the previous half term. Places in the group classes cannot be held where fees are paid after this time and your child would be placed onto the waiting list. I do not offer refunds for missed classes and missed lessons cannot be carried over to the next half-term. On the rare event that I should need to cancel the lesson, no payment is due and either a refund would be offered, or credit carried forward to the next half term.
Summer Holiday Classes
In the event of Mrs Osh needing to cancel sessions, these will be rescheduled or a refund will be provided.
In the case of staff ill-health every effort will be made to seek replacement staff or to reschedule. Where this is not possible a refund will be offered.
Where participants cancel their attendance less than 7 days in advance of a session an alternative session will be offered where possible. Where it is not possible to reschedule, the participant is liable to be charged for the session/s missed. Mrs Osh reserves the right to offer a refund in extreme circumstances.
In the event that participants are unable to attend due to sickness, an alternative session will be offered where possible. Where it is not possible to reschedule, the participant is liable to be charged for the session/s missed.
Participants are requested not to attend a session if they have had sickness within the previous 48 hours.
Times Tables Programme
I am certain you will be delighted with how well your child gets on with the programme. However, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel before receiving the third email. So if you find that the course is not what you had expected after receiving either the first or second email, you can feel confident in receiving your money back. After that, no refunds are provided.
