I’ve packed lots into this newsletter for you! There’s news about new maths tuition up to GCSE, tips for helping children become keen readers and writers, and details of my upcoming Christmas Camp. This month, I ticked off a life goal - writing and publishing my own book! I am excited to share my first children's workbook, Mission: Comprehension, which injects some fun back into the tricky skill of comprehension.
Also in this month’s update:

• NEW Creative writing distance learning course – Now your child can grow their writing skills with me from home.
• Summer classes - As well as my new educational summer camp, I have a huge selection of writing, baking, maths and 11+ classes throughout the long summer break, plus 1:1s.
• Recommended reads – Children's books on my list this month.
• September group classes – Dates and times for all classes are now available - it's time to book!

I thought I was getting ahead by starting to plan summer classes early this month - but I've already had several enquiries about September! It’s lovely to see such interest, and it’s got me thinking about what the new school year could look like. More on that in the newsletter.
Also in this month’s update:

• Educational summer camp - New this year! I’ll be at Bedford House offering full days of fun and creativity, with daily English and maths tuition included.
• More summer fun – Throughout August, I’ll also be running small group classes and workshops from home, along with 1:1 sessions for anyone who’s interested. Details in the newsletter. 
• General knowledge crosswords – Two new downloadable puzzles to challenge and entertain your children.
• Recommended reads – Take a look at the fantastic books we’re exploring in Book Club this month.
• Looking ahead to September – If you’re thinking about the new school year, you can now reserve places in any group classes. Contact me now.
• Comprehension guidance for Y4-6 - Make use of my free resources and step-by-step videos.
