BBC 500 Words - my certificate!

I’m really proud to have taken part in the BBC 500 Words competition this year. It was such a privilege to read and celebrate so many imaginative entries - every story was full of personality, creativity and joy.

I’m genuinely inspired by the way children express themselves through writing, and it was amazing to see their ideas come alive through original characters, thoughtful messages and brilliant storytelling.

​Feeling very lucky to have been involved in something that champions young voices and encourages a love of reading and writing!
