Whether your child is approaching entrance exams or would like to secure their best Y6 SATs outcome, I have a range of support to offer.
These weekly sessions support children to approach the KS2 SATs with confidence and to attain their best outcomes. Strategies and methods to calculate with speed and accuracy, alongside the skills to solve reasoning problems are developed for maths. Vocabulary, spelling, punctuation and grammar are all focused on in English - alongside extensive comprehension practice.
Our SATs group meets every Wednesday 6-7pm.
Term-Time 11+ Booster Small Groups
I run weekly classes preparing children in English and maths needed for entrance exams. These are a highly effective way to prepare your child to sit exams and improve their academic skills. The classes cover maths, comprehension, SPaG (spelling, punctuation and grammar), vocabulary development and exam technique. They do not cover non-verbal or verbal reasoning, nor creative writing (my creative writing class is excellent practice for this part of the exam). The 11+ classes are reasonably fast-paced and come with a homework expectation.

Individual Tuition
Whilst I have found that children fare better preparing for 11+ in small groups, some benefit from supplementary individual attention to target specific areas. Find out more about how I offer that here.
